This exciting tour, that usually takes place from June to September (and depending on the weather conditions can be extended from may to October) requires an early morning start!
The first stop of the tour is Riachovos Lake, which is located between the villages of Riachovo and Kouklii, is surrounded by an oak forest and offers breathtaking views, especially during the early monring hours. On a 45 minutes walk in the heart of the forest, your guide will inform you about the large variety of mushrooms that exist in the area, and you will most probably be lucky enough to spot some of them.
The second stop of the tour is Gormos River, where the team will walk along the crystal clear waters and enjoy the majestic scenery. You will only need appropriate shoes, which, depending on the weather conditions, might have to take off at the end of the tour in order to dive into the cool and refreshing water of the river!
