Primoula offers a purely traditional Greek and rich breakfast.
Made with pure local products, fresh raw materials depending on the season (such as cheese, eggs, herbs, honey, traditional pies), vegetables and fruit from our own green garden, our breakfast serves two purposes…
On the one hand, we offer our guests the opportunity to taste dishes and flavours of local cuisine with fresh and healthy ingredients, while one the other hand, we support the local community and economy by purchasing products from small local producers.
Breakfast is served in the dining room during winter and in our stone paved patios during summer with breathtaking views across the village and the valley.

Bread of traditional bakery in Ioannina
Freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, tea and various herbal teas
Free range eggs from local producers
Fresh butter and yogurt, from Metsovo or Dodona
A variety of cheese from Metsovo and Pogoni
Epirus pies, depending on the season
Trahanas from Metsovo
Strawberry, quince, peach, pear, apple and many other jams made by us. Some of the jams are made of organic fruit from our estate
Chestnuts, cherries and other seasonal fruits
A variety of traditional sweets
