All rooms are equipped with TV-DVD player, telephone, hair drier, fireplace (except for 1 and 7), bathing wraps, slippers etc. Some of them have A/C.
The villas, apart from the above, also have a second bath, kitchen with refrigerator and a private yard.
Room service from 8:30 – 23:30.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in winter downstairs at the small wooden tables of the dinning room, settled with porcelain sets and white cotton towels.

For the night
Try our delicious homemade deserts or enjoy your coffee or drink by the fireplace in Primoula's lounge and at night (with relaxing music) you may taste a variety of fine wines, hot or cold appetizers or even borrow a book from our library or a movie in DVD and enjoy it at your place.
Outdoor
Our stoned yards have many levels, full of flowers, offering you a unique view to the whole settlement, but also coffee, drink or desert in a relaxing atmosphere with low music and candles.
Other info
In association with specific offices, we offer activities such us: Alpine Climbing, Hicking, Touring in bridges, monasteries, folkloric museums, Canyoning, Kayak, Parapente etc, and furthermore car rental from the Ioannina's airport can be arranged.
